In this paper, we study linear filters to process signals defined onsimplicial complexes . We propose a finite impulse response filter based on the HodgeLaplacian . We demonstrate how this filter can be designed to amplify orattenuate certain spectral components of simplicial signals . Numerical experiments are conducted to show the potential of the simplicial filters for .subspace-varying filter enables more nuanced control over these signal types. By assigning different filter coefficients to the . terms of the . Hodge Laplacians to the filter, we develop a subspace . filter which can be . used to extract and denoise certain spectral . components of simplified signals .
